Nothing is cut. You receive the same MLS listing, professional photography, offer negotiation, and transaction management as any full-commission agent. The only difference is the listing side commission.
No. The co-operating (buyer's agent) commission is a separate amount that you set — it is not affected by our 1% listing fee. Your listing will offer a competitive co-op commission ensuring the same level of exposure.
